I started softball when I moved to Oakdale when I was eight years old. I played rec. softball for two years and played for local teams for two more years. My first real travel team was 12U Grapettes-Norwood. I was pleased to have been picked by them when I got to know about their reputation in the world of softball. They opened my eyes to many experiences that would brighten my future in softball. I had the chance to compete in tournaments in Southern California, compete in the Hall of Fame tournament in Oklahoma City, and I got the chance to compete in ASA Nationals in Normal, Illinois. After that eye opening season I played for 13U Breeze-Krueg. Again I got to compete against the some of the best players in Southern California, and I made my second appearance in the ASA nationals. Now I'm back again with the Grapettes, and I'm ready to take my game to the next level.
