Todd Clark is pleased to announcement the commitment of CA Grapettes 2011 C/3rd, Cierra Hammons to Simpson University. Cierra committed to Coach Wayne Stower, October 14, 2011. The RedHawks play in the highly competitive Cal Pac Conference. When asked why she chose Simpson University, Cierra explained, “I chose Simpson University because I felt very comfortable with the school, coaches and players during my visit. I felt that being at Simpson would keep me grounded because of the Christian atmosphere. The academic support and the facilities at SU are outstanding and student to teacher ratio is 17-1 which is extremely helpful for me. Coach Stower and his staff are building something great at SU and I wanted to be part of it." Cierra choose Simpson University over William Jessup, Holy Names, CSU San Marcos, CSU Monterey, San Francisco State University, and Willamette University.
